Local news ABC7 Chicago interviewed CME Assistant Professor Bo Zou after the incident on Friday at O’Hare Airport where vital operations equipment was damaged—grounding more than 400 flights to the international airport. Zou, who is already working with the Federal Aviation Administration on a grant-funded project, spoke to ABC7 Chicago the same day, explaining some of the issues involved in the getting air traffic back to normal.
