CME faculty honored for teaching and advising

Six civil, materials, and environmental engineering faculty members were named recipients of 2025 College of Engineering Teaching Award and the College of Engineering Advising award.
The recipients of the COE teaching awards are:
- Assistant Professor Ahmed Abokifa
- Clinical Professor Hossein Ataei
- Associate Professor Matthew Daly
The recipients of the COE advising award are:
- UIC Distinguished Professor Farhad Ansari
- Associate Professor Amid Khodadoust
- Clinical Assistant Professor Farid Peiravian
The winners will be honored at the first Fall 2025 college faculty meeting.
