Erin Yargicoglu took first place with, “Evaluation of biochar-amended landfill covers for methane mitigation: Biotic and Physical Factors Affecting Long-Term Performance.” Saeed Karim Baba Najad Mamaghani won second place with, “Reference Free Dynamic Distributed Monitoring of Damage in Bridges” and Ahmadreza Talebian won third place with “Integrated Modeling of High Performance Passenger and Freight Train Operation Planning on Shared Use Corridors.”
